About Bim services London

BIM Services London LTD is a building information modelling company that specialise in the drawing management & delivery of multi-disciplined building services installation projects. Our project portfolio spans across numerous sectors & design/construction stages: commercial, banking, data centres, education & retail; design stages 3&4, shell & core, CAT A and CAT B fit outs.

It is our job to ensure that the building services design across these projects are fully coordinated & buildable; achieved by producing 3D models, visualisations, lead coordination & construction issue drawings.

Our services are paramount throughout the project life cycle:

Working in the early stages, when we will be collaborating in workshops with architects, MEP consultants & main contractors; our expertise will help ensure that any issues with the design are recognised and raised up front, saving our clients invaluable time & money in the long run.

When building starts, you will find that BSL are more than just a ‘CAD bureau’. We don’t just live in the virtual world, we will be there on site with a laser and a tape measure, communicating with your site team.

Our drawings are essential for our clients’ commercial endeavours as they form part of the contract documents for the construction works. Our drawings provide the paper trail for your works & instructions.

Before project handover to the facilities team, we will ensure that the model is drawn as per the install, fully LOD & LOI compliant, as specified in your clients BIM execution plan.
