BSL strive to produce the best installation drawings on the market. We have our own distinct look that combines function & form. We hire the best draughters in the industry and use the latest AutoCAD/Revit software whilst maintaining the ‘old ways and principles’ of draughting.
This will mean you will receive layouts, sections & details, isometrics and schematics of fully coordinated services.
Shop / Manufacturing drawings
Drawings of prefabricated components, modules and skids; to be inclusive of bracketry and framing.
BIM Management & Quality Assurance
BIM Strategy
We will always follow the project BIM protocol that will be lined out in the main contractors BIM execution plan. This means that we can tailor the level of information to the correct AIA LOD, LOI, COBie data and asset requirements project by project.
BSL can create your project protocols and execution plan if necessary.
Clash Detection
Clash detection & clash reporting can be used by BSL to ensure that any clashes between components in the model are detected and raised to our clients.
Our validation process will ensure that the model is always in good health & fit for coordination across teams.
Information management & exchange
We understand that communication between trades is paramount in order to deliver a successful project. From working in sync on a cloud system, multi trade platform to managing subcontractors with different software packages; we will always liaise and cooperate with their project team members in support of a collaborative working culture.
